Child support payment is going to force me to loose my how, what can I do?

I have an 8 month old child. I've been paying her 400 a month now for 6+ months (when she first asked). She has now learned that the state could force me to pay more than 1300 a month and is now taking me to court for it. If I'm ordered to pay this, I'll loose my house. I can't afford this much. I've already asked this question but, I thought I'd try it again because I didn't really get a good variety answers. I really want to read something that is actually scary and makes me think. Last time, people were telling me about stories that they'd read when they were kids and, that's not really what I'm looking for. I meant stories that are on a higher level and actually make you think about them long after you've finished reading them.I've already been told about Salem's Lot, The Hot Zone and, Jaws. Lately, I've read Haunted by Palahniuk, which had a lukewarm plot but really good short stories. A while ago, I read Neil Gaiman's Fragile Things which wasn't scary but definitely made me think. If you're familiar with Gaiman, I liked Closing Time and Bitter Grounds, which I'm still thinking about. But, they weren't terrifying or scary in any way. I think you probably could through hypnosis. I've done self-hypnosis and I started eating a lot of foods that I didn't eat before. Think about it this way. Shaolin monks daily workouts consist of training 8-9 hours a day for 6 days a week with sunday being there resting day. The over average american martial arts may train for 3-4 days a week and for around 2-3 hours IF THAT. Even if the americans protein intake is around 6x higher then the shaolin monks. The monks have much better and probably nearly perfect technique since there not spending so much time in the weight room(They don't use weights). So with perfect technique they will be even faster and show more definition in the body parts even if it doesn't look like a lot of muscle.

They have studies that a penger side airbag can decapitate a child...I am wondering of the dangers of curtain air bags, especially in the back seat. 1998 Range Rover?

I have found a 1998 Range Rover with 20k miles under what it is supposed to have, according to KBB. It is in pristine condition from what I can tell, and has been well-maintained. I know that they have better reliability than the discoveries, but what other MAJOR problems are they notorious for, keep in mind this one has been better taken care of than most, and doesnt have a very bad history. I opened the front door to my house. I had just got back from college. And it was absolutely freezing out side. Should I worry about my new Angelfish that first showed Clamped fin, but after 3 days not so much?

I got him on Saturday and noticed that even though he was the biggest Angel in my tank, the others were chasing him. Even the Platty! Why wont my N64 games work?

well, actually, it's just one: Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time. All my N64 games were in the basement, in a plastic bag, on the floor. But the basement flooded, several times, acually. After salvaging the bag that has seen better days, I think OoT and a Mario game was on the floor. After getting out my N64, I tried the games: All work, except for OoT, which shows a few bars, trying to get a picture. On the twenty fifth of last mont, I attempted suicide...my best friend was the one who saved my life by calling Poison Control and waking up roomate to make sure I got to the hospital. He had to sit awake through most of the night not knowing whether I would live or die. He was very hurt and is blaming himself because he feels like he failed me. We talked the day after, and he said that he was just really hurt and that time would heal all wounds. They called in both the Ativan again plus told me to take Zanax(.5mg) in the daytime. My next visit I told my PCM I wanted to stop both and maybe just try a gl of wine. He told me this would be okay, but did not tell me to wean off. I stopped. . .cold turkey and it sent me into seizure, twice to be exact. Scared me to death, almost bit my tongue off. MRI & EEG were clear, but I am told I can't drive for six months. If I feel great now, on a med called Trazadone. Now finally for my ? how strict is this no driving restriction?

Husband is threatening to turn my son in to CPS for smoking pot?

Although my 16 year old son probably experimented with pot a few times, my husband of four years (who is not his father) thinks I haven't done enough to stop him. I have never condoned or allowed my son to smoke pot. I have never found pot or anything in his room, but my husband says he smelled pot on him a few times. My husband does not care about my son - he threatens to call CPS when he is angry with me or my son for doing or not doing something completely unrelated to any purported pot smoking. For example, my son was supposed to mow the front and back yards and called me at work to ask if he could go to the park and finish the front yard after I got home from work. My husband found out and threatened to call CPS. When my husband and I had an argument over the phone and he continued to call me on my cell phone, I stopped answering. The result - he left a vm threatening to call CPS. I have copied several voice messages onto a tape, and took photographs of the text messages, because, guess what, he threatened to have my cell phone shut off. My husband says that CPS told him that if he calls them, they will come and drug test my son and if they find marijuana in his system, they will take him away from me. I told him they would most likely drug test US, not my son, which I would have no problem with. I should add that our house is on the market and has been for a while, I am waiting for it to sell before my son and I move on to our own place. I am on the mortgage and I cannot afford to pay both the mortgage and rent and cannot afford an attorney right now. Also my job would be in jeopardy if I do not pay my obligations. My husband is using this to control me. So, my question is, would CPS take my son away from me if he had marijuana in his system?

Where can I send a criminal blood swab for DNA testing?

Yesterday, I came home from volunteering in a fundraiser to find that my padlock was destroyed to my front gate in the driveway, and my door completely, busted-wide open to my house with many of my electronics missing except my 27 in" television and computer. The intruder left blood smudged on the door, perhaps, from a mosquito bite since we have been receiving lots of rain this fall due to tropical storms. When the cop showed up to my house he filed a report from all things missing, and dusted finger prints from my entertainment center. I asked the cop if he was going to swab the blood stains from the door, and he said no. I was shocked!!! Then, I come to find out from another source that the state only pays for DNA testing when it's a murder scene. My question is if I swab it myself? Where can I send it to? Or can they send a professional to swab it? What if next time, it does turn out to be a murder? At least, I'll have that DNA sample in my records. This is the second time this year that they've broken into my home. The first time they cleaned me out completely, and I had to start from scratch. No doubt it's the same people. I know they're juveniles because they keep taking electronics, and it's more than one guy. Anyways, please help!!

During my Co Workers turn he played K,J,10. We did not realize this mistake till my turn and he had discarded. The argument was that he had to pick up his mistake. He also wanted to pick up his discard card which would be advantageous to him. The other 3 of us said he could not do that. We couldn't help he made a mistake and that the card had to remain discarded. We also said that in the event we messed up that we would have to deal with it as well, which had happened once or twice before already with no issues. This player was new to the game and refused to put the same card in the discard pile. Should he have left his original discard card in the pile or been able to choose a new one?

without any research I was desperate enough to trust a woman who used the hot fusion method to apply extensions to my hair. It looked great at first, but the hair was incredibly heavy and would dry out in a matter of days. I had to continue to go back to the salon.Anyway, I had them removed after a month of wear and was DEVASTATED by the results. My hair was twice as thin as it was before the application! I wore clip ins to disguise the damage. It is now over a year later and what has really seemed to help was a layered cut. However, the under layers are still very broken, short and somewhat sparse. In that night,I woke up from my bed,then I was doing something and then I went back to bed.Then,I had a dream...In the beginning of that dream I was speeding in a fast car(like Mclaren F1 or Koenigsegg ccx).At first I viewed it from the bumper of the car,seeing only the road,then it changed to first person view,and I was able to see the pit of the car,I've seen my own hands.I was using the steering wheel and then I saw myself shifting a gear.I was going on a road that went upwise and then I was going on a cranky road,turning left and right multiple times,then I arrived at place.It looked like a big cave or something,and then I saw my hands.I saw that I have gloves on my hands,and then I had a vision like if I have consumed hallucinogens.Then I screamed:This is a dream!And then I said:This is a wake back to bed lucid dream.Cool!So now I'm in a lucid dream.Then I went deeper in that cave and then I saw something like an Aurora.And then,I don't remember...I think it ended there.But I know I used to turn around sometimes in the dream because I know that if you turn around in a lucid dream you try to prevent it from ending.

A manual? Dunno about that, but to load the pistol you tip up the loading block at the front of the barrel. to load a pellet or dart, insert it in the round hole and close. To load bb's, load them into the other hole. To c ock the pistol, pull back on the slide until it stops, then push it back forward. The safety is the push on by the trigger guard. The position with red paint exposed is "fire". Hope this helped.

Why do women go back to the p*&^ks that hurt them.. And i don't mean just physical, it was emotional as well. She got rid of him a few weeks before we got together and i have never seen her as happy, smiling, laughing, virtually shining in every way as when we were together. She knew that she could trust me i don't get into something unless it feels right between us both and would never hurt anyone i care for, and this felt right. she promised never to hurt me, to always love her no matter what, she told me she loved me on our last night together. Then 2wks. later she ditches me and goes back to the friggin' twit that hurt her badly. Now she is having his child,(got pregnant a month after we split) yet she rings me a week ago and says that she loves me still (we have been split for over 3 months now), but she can't leave him because of the baby. I am in bits over this i love her like no one else i have ever known, together we were amazing, loved eachother, cared and trusted one another. (i know she left me) i was in pieces over her loss, but with the help of my friends i have, not got over her, but at least am able to get on with my life. I still miss her like crazy, love her unconditionally and would give my life to hold her just once more in my arms. There hasn't been a day gone by that i don't think of her. I can see her in every detail in my head, hear her voice and the words spoken between us, the feelings that she showed to me through her touch, her eyes when she looked at me, her small smile when we were together. Why did she push me away after admitting what she felt, and why tel me now about how she feels about me. She knows that no matter what has happened if she is willing to fight for us then i would gladly and happily take her and the baby, but as when we 1st split she is ignoring any attempt i make at contact. I'm just so tired, i don't sleep well anyway (2-3hrs. a night) now i get maybe half that. I can't get her or my feelings out of my head and its wearing me down.

Is it okay to poke the baby?

I have just discovered that I can feel where my baby is and if I poke or push down he responds by kicking or moving. My sister who has been pregnant 4 times says she did this with all of her kids and it helps stimulate them, but my husband thinks I'm torturing the baby and gets upset whenever I push on my belly. Fire started in the burner of a electric stove! Need help!?

What you had was a grease fire. A large lid would've worked fine. Throwing water on a grease fire can sometimes just spread the grease out and cause a bigger fire. (As in grease and water don't mix). Pick up a box of baking soda and keep it in the cabinet right next to the stove. It's about 50 cents. I'd leave the burner out of the stove until tomorrow to give it plenty of time to dry. It should be ok.

My dd is just 19 months but is allergic to eggs, all nuts, milk, and now beef. I knew she had a sensitivity to beef since she always threw up when I gave her some but the other day her father gave her steak against my advisement and it was the worst reaction I have seen by far. Her lips swelled up and she had a hard time breathing. Now I have to carry an epi pen everywhere I go. But could someone really be THIS allergic to beef?? Her father also used a marinade that I dug out of the trash and on the bottom of the ingredient list it said it could contain anchovies. But, I'm not so sure since she has always thrown up with beef prior to that only cooked with salt and pepper so I know she has some sensivity to beef. Question about RV trailers?

Well I live in a 34 foot travel trailer and as most of you know the weather has been freezing. The wind chill in Oklahoma has been as low as -10 here. Well, my water line froze up and now my black water tank is froze SOLID. How can i thew this out in order to keep the tank from cracking? And when the temps rise and my tank and water line is free of ice...how do i keep it from freezing again?? The electric box that my trailer is plugged into only has one Elec. out (for the trailer only) and if i plug too many things into the power at the same time, i will trip the breaker. So i can't really use any heat tape until I can find a way to move my trailer to a newer ele. box in the RV park. Which may take a few months.

I'm Hispanic first off. I get a lot of flack for speaking properly and "talking white". I'm sorry, but when did good diction become something that only caucasian people can do? Also, when someone uses slang I've heard it considered "talking black". To me, if we are going to define someone based on the way they speak then you should break it down by educated/uneducated (sorry if I offend anyone) or proper/lazy (I think this is really what sums it up as words and phrases being shortened).
