Should GWB be carved into Mount Rushmore along with Lincoln, Washington and others?

After all, he saved more lives in Africa than any other person in history and he prevented our country from getting attacked by terrorists after 9-11 which occurred because Bill Clinton failed to take out Bin Laden when he had a chance. Do you think he would look good on Mt. Rushmore?
