Ballet arch instep question. .?

I have a medium-high instep (not ridiculously high).The thing is (im 14) my mother has lower arches,and my father has VERY high arches.Is it possible that the bone on top of my foot(that gives you the arch) become "fuller"?I mean "bigger"?Because my mom says that i have my dad's feet. So is it possible? It would be so helpfull for ballet.
