Should I worry about my new Angelfish that first showed Clamped fin, but after 3 days not so much?

I got him on Saturday and noticed that even though he was the biggest Angel in my tank, the others were chasing him. Even the Platty! Looking closer at him I noticed that one fin was clamped in and he did not move it often. Also, his fins are in a bit of a tattered state. Other than that he acts completely normal. Today and yesterday he is showing less clamping and is using both fins more. At this point should I be worried? What should I do?
