Was Chris Jericho's debut the best debut in WWE History?

Chris Jericho's debut dwarfs everybody else's outside of DX, because he was a newcomer from a rival company (WCW) and interrupted WWF's biggest star at the time (The Rock). His promo was one of the top 5 in history in my view, because everything he said is so true of the WWE today and not long after that, he crushed his competition.
