Found a fledgling baby bird?

so my siblings found a dead bird on the deck that was the mother of 4 fledglings. 3 of the fledglings are gone and the last one is outside in a cage right now. I'm not sure what to do but feel really bad for the little bird I really want to help it survive. What should i do?
