Running into issues with co-ownership of inherited house?

If he wants to stay there, he needs to buy you guys out. If he has to get a mortgage against the property in order to buy you guys out, then so be it. No way would I allow him to live there. As long as your name is on the deed, you are legally responsible for anything that happens on the property.
