Psychology - if you are patient enough, please help me?

Your targets are ambitious, but I think choosing engineering as a major when your heart's not in it is a big part of the problem. Change majors (but keep it technical and scientific, for the sake of your future employ-ability) and see if that helps. I know so many people from my college days who started off in engineering, and many of them were capable but not really into it so they suffered. Most of them changed their majors and were much better off after.
