Will mankind always commit acts of genocide?

I believe that genocide will happen again, there is so much racism in this world and like you said it is so easy to brainwash people into believing that others are bad because of religion, colour or creed so if you can do that then you can convince people to hate so much they would kill these people, how awful that we have learnt nothing from the wars and hatred in this world.
