Why are Hong Kong people so rude?
I just dislike their rudeness and smugness. They spit, have a misplaced superior complex, shout into their cellphones on the trains, will not open doors for you but let it slam in your face, push you on the streets, push themselves onto trains before others get off. They say it's down to stress but I've been to Tokyo where people work more than 10 hrs a day and the Japanese were so kind and friendly. Why aren't Chinese more consistent with friendliness and politeness like the Japanese? And for all you defensive Chinese that write back, you may feel your heart is good but it doesn't show when you look miserable to people. Also, maybe you'll say you help others but to be polite you must be consistent all the time. Not just 3 out of the 10 times you do something nice.
