What are the personal statement questions for UC Irvine, Riverside, Berkeley and Santa Cruz?

I'm planning on applying to those colleges this year(as a freshman not transfer) and since I'm still on summer break i wanted to get ahead and start on the personal statements. UCLA already gave me theirs from a flyer. I just want to know what the question(s) going to be for these UCs. please help if you can :]
