Salvaging my daughters white shirt from a sauce stain. Can it be saved?

My 18 year old daughters favorite shirt, is a snug fit white Bebe turtleneck... she loves wearing it, and pretty much wears it whenever possible. Just now, she was testing a spoonful of my spaghetti sauce, and my other younger daughter bumped her from behind accidentally, causing my older daughter to spill the ladle she was holding down the front of her shirt! I couldn't believe it when I saw how covered it was in sauce, and I need to do something, to get this out for her! Any help would be appreciated!!!!!
