Any good public high schools in NYC?

I live in Queens and I would consider going to a school either Manhattan or Queens. I am unhappy with the school I currently go to and I want to transfer at the beginning on my sopre year. I missed the test date for the specialized high schools, and this is the last opportunity I could have taken it. I have very goods grades with my average around a 94-95%. I like science and math. I was looking into Beacon HS and Townsend Harris. Anyone recommend either of the two or any others?
